Registration and Logging in FAQ

1. Registration
   a. Fill in all boxes. Do not leave any blank.
   b. Fill in your credit card number.
   c. Press "submit registration".
   d. You can now Log in and bid on items.
   
2. Logging in:
   a. Click on "Log in"
   b. Enter your name and password.
   c. Press the "Log in" button.
3. If you have problems logging in:
   a. Verify your name and password.
   b. Check your security settings to make sure that you are accepting cookies. If this is your problem and you are using Internet Explorer, a small icon will appear in the bottom pane of your browser, beside where the lock is to indicate it is a secure page. Double click on this and either allow cookies from this site, or change your global security settings.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What happens if the highest bidder doesn't pay for his or her bid?
   • The item will be given to the next highest bidder if the highest bidder has not paid for his or her bid by December 6, 2002.
2. Is this site secure - is my credit card information at risk?
   • This site is very secure. A little known fact is that it is actually less dangerous to use your credit card on line than it is to use it at your local store, as long as the site security is good.
   • JFSC does not see your credit card number, it is processed by Visa or Mastercard by an outside company called Moneris.
