Cancelling Your Registration

Cancellations made previous to September 24, 2015 will be subject to an administration fee totalling 25% of your registration fee. Cancellations after September 24, 2015 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your registration fee.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We will accept cheques; however, there is a $10 cheque handling fee. Please make cheques payable to: Provincial Health Services Authority, BC Kidney Days Fund.

Cheques must be received on or before September 24, 2015 to be considered "on time". If your cheque arrives after this date, you will be charged the on-site fee upon registration at the event. If your cheque arrives after September 24, 2015 but before October 1, 2015 you will be notified via email.

IMPORTANT: Please keep a copy of the registration receipt for your records.

Registration Fee Structure

Two-day registration: $200 physicians; $170 other health professionals
One-day registration: $100 physicians; $85 other health professionals
Professional breakout sessions only (Thursday, October 1): $25 all health professionals

Two-day registration: $230 physicians; $200 other health professionals
One-day registration: $115 physicians; $100 other health professionals
Professional breakout sessions only (Thursday, October 1): $25 all health professionals

Nephrology students: $30 flat fee.
