BC Kidney Days 2017 Registration


BC Kidney Days brings together clinicians and administrators from across BC, other parts of Canada and the United States to discuss the latest research, trends, clinical treatments and surgical ​breakthroughs in kidney patient care.

Please read the rules and regulations carefully and proceed to register. The BC Renal Agency and BC Transplant teams look forward to hosting you in October at the Four Seasons Hotel.

Cancelling Your Registration

Cancellations made previous to September 25, 2017 will be subject to an administration fee totalling 25% of your registration fee. Cancellations after September 25, 2017 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your registration fee.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We cannot process payments made using Debit-Visa cards.

IMPORTANT: Please keep a copy of the registration receipt for your records.

Registration Fee Structure

Please note all fees for Thursday October 5 include entrance to the Wilma Crockett Reception.
Early Bird Fees (June to August 31, 2017)

Two-day registration: $250 physicians; $220 other health professionals
One-day registration: $170 physicians; $150 other health professionals
Regular Fees (August 31, 2017 - Oct 2, 2017)
Two-day registration: $300 physicians; $270 other health professionals
One-day registration: $200 physicians; $170 other health professionals

Nephrology students: $30 flat fee.

Wilma Crockett Reception Only: $25.

Patients and Retired Nephrologists: complimentary.
