Rules & Regulations

Registration Dates:

Online registration will be open from December 5th to February 17th 2012. If you wish to register after February 17th, you must do so at the event.

Registration Fee:

The registration fee is $125 and includes entry into the entire three-day conference.

Cancelling Your Registration:

Cancellations made previous to February 17th will be subject to an administration fee totaling 25% of your registration fee. Cancellations after February 17th will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your registration fee.

Refunds will not be made after the event, unless special authorization from the conference chair(s) is granted.

Payment Options:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

We will accept cheques; however, there is a $10 cheque handling fee.
